Shown is a CT coronary angiogram of a female patient, 54-year old, hypertensive, dyslipidemic with negative family history for CAD. She experienced recurrent attacks of non-specific chest pain that occasionally radiate to her left arm. Resting ECG had no ischemic changes. Multislice Computed Tomography Coronary Angiogram (MSCT-CA) was requested to rule out significant coronary artery disease. HeartScore = 1 (moderate risk), MSCT shows normal coronaries
