A 59-year-old female with complaints of low back ache since the last 4 months. The patient had no clinical deterioration postprocedure. But the patient had intraprocedural complication of paravertebral venous extension of cement mixture extending into pulmonary embolism. So, she was closely followed up after the procedure had no clinical signs and symptoms of respiratory distress
