Female aged 26 years old, G3 P0 A3 with uterine and pelvic adhesions in hysterosalpingography. a The first film showed a relatively reduced size of the uterine cavity with haziness of its outlines (arrow in a) and immediate spill of contrast from both tubes. The second film (b) showed loculation of the contrast in the central part of the pelvis (arrow in b); only expert radiologist correctly diagnosed the case, blindness to patient clinical data of previous three dilations and curettage for miscarriage may contribute to the other two radiologist misdiagnosis; results were confirmed by laparoscopy
