A 27-year-old woman presented with intermittent lower abdominal pain. a Transabdominal ultrasound demonstrating a cystic lesion that has a solid-appearing area with a concave margin (arrow) due to retractile clot, and this area demonstrate a reticular lace like pattern due to fibrin strands. b Doppler ultrasound shows faint peripheral flow with no central flow within the lesion with spectral Doppler on the detected peripheral vessel; the RI was 0.7 and PI was 1.4. After 6 weeks of sonographic follow-up, there was a complete resolution of this lesion and it was characteristic of hemorrhagic cyst
