A 38-year-old man had persistent massive hematuria due to a closed contusion of the right kidney in a car accident. Renal artery CTA (a, b) shows a giant pseudoaneurysm in the upper pole of the right kidney (red arrow). Angiography with the Cobra catheter (c) shows the pseudoaneurysm in the middle zone of the right kidney with leaking bleeding and there is contrast extravasation (long red arrow). NBCA glue was injected by microcatheter to fill the aneurysm forming thrombus ball (white arrow). Post-embolization angiography (e) shows occlusion of the pseudoaneurysmal sac and leak. The surrounding kidney tissues appear normal
