A 32-years-old female with accidentally discovered focal lesion. Triphasic CT study revealed homogenously enhancing focal lesion in arterial and portal phases that became isodense to hepatic parenchyma in delayed phase. a NEUS revealed average sized liver showing segment IV hypoechoic focal lesion measuring about 2.3 cm. bd CEUS real-time examination of the focal lesion showed early homogenous contrast uptake that became iso to slightly hypoechoicin delayed phase, histopathologically proven to be hepatic adenoma
