A 42-year-old female patient with long history of dry cough. Diagnosed as fibrotic type NSIP. HRCT axial lung and color-coded image, showing bilateral subpleural ground glass opacification, reticulation, and minimal microcystic honeycombing. Area of ground glass opacification and reticulation appears green with microcystic honeycombing appearing as small deep blue lucencies within (ranging above − 750 HU), and normal lung appears blue (ranging HU between − 750 and − 900 HU)
