Case no 1. (fig.1a.b.c.d.e.f.g.h.i.). A 31 years old G2 P1 admitted for routine antenatal ultrasound examination. GA 33 wks ± 2 ds- Single alive male fetus, HR 155b/m with adequate movemement. Fetal biometry: -BPD = 81.5 mm of 32 wks ± 5 ds (a) -AC = 300.4 mm of 34 wks ± 0 ds -FL= 64.2 mm of 33 wks ±1 ds. Ultrasonic markers of lung maturity: -DFE absent (b) -PTE absent. Thalamic echogenicity echolucent Lung echogenicity to liver isodense- (c). Placenta grading grade I , fundal anterior.- (d) Colon grading grade II (e) -Amniotic fluid index AFI was 13 cm and clear (no FFPs). Doppler examination: UtA RI 0.61 (f) MPA RI 0.86 (g) -MCA RI 0.84 (h) MCA PI 1.22- UA RI 0.69 (i) UA PI 0.95-. The neonatal outcome: Delivery after 2 days of ultrasound examination.- NICU admission (RDS) yes
