A 19-year-old male patient with a brain SOL that was surgically removed and sent to pathology and diagnosed as lymphoma a MDCT axial cuts showing right suprarenal soft tissue mass lesion measuring 6.2 × 4.8 cm with a mean attenuation of 33 HU in unenhanced images. APW = 22% and RPW = 4% denoting poor lipid content.
