A 64-year-old male patient presented with fever, severe dysnea, and cough; first MSCT was done on the 12th day of manifestation showing classic CT finding of COVID-19, CT-SS 18/25, (bilateral peripheral subpleural ground glass opacifiection with peribronchial thickening and atelactatic bands) (a, b). Patient came on 12th week with persistent dysnea, axial cuts MSCT (c, d) was done showing regression regarding ground glass opacities, with persistent fibrotic changes (peribronchial fibrosis, archeticture distortion, and traction bronchectatic and bronchilectatic changes)
