Case 70: 47-year-old male, overweight (BMI 27.88) stayed at the ICU for 14 days, score 7, initially intubated, with post-critical polyneuropathy and grown Staphylococcus epidermidis Isolated from blood culture, resistant to Benzylpenicillin, Clindamycin, Erythromycin, Fusidic Acid, Oxacillin, Trimethoprim/Sulfa.
