From: Predicting lung fibrosis in post-COVID-19 patients after discharge with follow-up chest CT findings

Thirty-nine-year-old male: he has DM and HTN; peak CT severity score 17; consolidation/crazy-paving score 13. He was admitted to the ICU; laboratory results showed lymphopenia, high CRP, d-dimer, and serum ferritin. Steroid was given; length of stay during hospitalization is 20 days. Peak CT during admission (a–d) showed bilateral GGO with mild interstitial thickening and basal consolidation patches. Follow-up CT 2months after discharge (e–h) showed lung fibrosis with parenchymal bands, coarse reticular pattern, and mild bilateral traction bronchiectasis
