CTE was done, coronal images (a and b), axial images (c and d) showed hyper-enhancement of segments of ileal loops (white arrows) with skip lesions, bowel dilatation, engorgement of vasa recta (+ve comb’s sign), and multiple prominent related mesenteric lymph nodes (blue arrows). Endoscopic and pathological diagnosis was Crohn’s disease
