A 29-year-old female patient (known case of Crohn’s disease) operated upon 12 years ago (right hemicolectomy and ileotranseverse anastomosis). Referred with chronic diarrhea and generalized abdominal pain. CTE was done (a) coronal image, (b) axial image showed a short segment of the ileal loop showing circumferntial mural thickening and hyper-enhancement with smudging of surrounding fat planes (image b) (white arrow) (denoting disease activitiy). Hyper-enhancement at anastomotic site was seen (image a) and was described in endoscopy as a small ulcer (blue arrow)
