“A 44-year-old female patient with a history of breast cancer.”| MCCT exam axial views revealed multiple well-defined small solid nodules scattered at the periphery of the Rt. upper and lower lung lobes (a, b) that categorized as lung-RADS score 4X, “malignant metastatic solid nodular lesions” that is on follow-up after 1 month (c) proved to be benign inflammatory granuloma according to final clinical diagnosis
