Chromophobe RCC. A 46-year old male patient presented with left loin pain. o Pre enhanced scan (A) shows left renal large heterogeneous mass, mean attenuation (35 HU). The mean attenuation value of the lesion is 123 HU in the corticomedullary phase (B), 93 HU In the nephrographic phase (C), 54 HU in the excretory phase (D). Quantitative findings indicate the high likelihood of the non-Clear subtypes RCCs. Patient underwent open total nephrectomy. Histopathological diagnosis: Chromophobe renal cell carcinoma (Image E)
