Representative IFIR and DSA images from three patients (13) with different degrees of TRAS. IFIR images (a) before DSA showed arterial stenosis, and the extent of stenosis was demonstrated by DSA (b). Then, the balloon dilation and/or stent implantation was performed (c). IFIR examinations (Patient 1d) was performed after about 5 months, which showed no evident stenosis of the transplant renal artery. IFIR image (Patient 2d) showed that arterial stenosis still existed after balloon dilation and stent implantation about 1 year later. IFIR image (Patient 3d) cannot accurately display the degree of vascular stenosis due to the presence of artifacts about 3 months later
