The uterus is enlarged, showing endometrial intensely avid heterogeneous soft tissue lesion, measuring ± 40 × 34 × 19 mm [Image A]. The myometrium shows few fibroids, and the largest one [measuring ± 7 × 6 cm] is seen at the posterior wall, accommodating internal confluent dystrophic calcifications. The endometrial lesion achieves 26.9 SUVmax, 10.4 SUVmean and MTV = 37,056 mm3 at the corresponding PET images [image B]. Bilateral few small non-avid external iliac lymph nodes [arrows, image C, superior image], measuring 11 × 4mm and 10 × 9mm on the right and left side, respectively. No hypermetabolic pelviabdominal lymphadenopathy detected
