Demonstration of diffusion restriction in skull lesion in 60 year old female with skull metastases from carcinoma breast- An ill defined lesion appearing hypointense on T1W (A) and hyperintense on T2W (B) images is seen in right parieto-occipital region. The lesion shows restricted diffusion appearing hyperintense on diffusion weighted image (C) and hypointense on ADC map (D). Mean ADC value was 0.636 × 10–3 mm2/s
