A fifty years old female patient, diagnosed with multi-centric papillary differentiated cancer thyroid,underwent total thyroidectomy, followed by 120 mCi RAI-131 ablation for. At follow up thyroglobulin level elevation 15 mg/dl detected, Iodine whole body diagnostic scan and ultrasound of the neck were negative, PET/CT was done and showed solitary small sized left lower lung lobe pulmonary nodule SUVmax ~ 11.8.
