A 29-year-old female, complaining of palpable right breast swelling and induration. (A) Craniocaudal mammographic view of both breasts, and B Mediolateral mammographic views of both breasts revealed right upper outer quadrant breast focal asymmetry (arrows). (C& D) Ultrasound images showing right upper outer quadrant irregular hypoechoic two soft tissue masses with spiculated margin, posterior attenuation, and vertical orientation. (E) Craniocaudal CEM view of both breasts, and (F) Mediolateral CEM views of both breasts revealed right upper outer quadrant heterogenous focal (arrow heads) and segmental (arrows) non-mass enhancement. Pathology revealed invasive ductal carcinoma. CEM confirmed the malignant nature of right breast lesion and proved lesion multiplicity (two malignant lesions)
