46-y-old male was complaining of low back pain. T2 sagittal cervico-dorsal spine (A) shows extra-medullary soft tissue of isointense signal opposite D3-D7. Pre-contrast T1 (B) and post-contrast T1 (C) show intense enhancement of the lesion. D and E rCBV was measured in comparison to normal cord (yellow curve) and the curve shows hyper perfusion of the lesion (arrow to red curve). DWI at b value = 1000 F shows hyperintensity of the lesion (arrow) which looks hypointense at ADC map (arrow at G) denoting restricted diffusion. This lesion was diagnosed as spinal metastasis
