They elicit isointense T1 signal and hyperintense T2 signal relative to the surrounding muscles with air crescent sign. DWI (E) and ADC map (F) images show facilitated diffusion and LSR = 0.58, ADC mean value 1.85 with ADC min value 1.51. Bronchoscopic examination with brocho-alveolar lavage and cytology revealed fungal infection (aspergilloma)
