Sixty-three years old female was diagnosed with left breast invasive duct carcinoma GII. DWIBS (A) showed no abnormal marrow signal at all examined bones, while bone scan (B) revealed bony lesions at the lower dorsal and L5 vertebra. The patient's management was based on the results of the MRI study. Surgical treatment (MRM) was done, followed by chemo and radiotherapy
