A 10-year-old boy patient with a WHO grade 2 pineal body tumor of intermediate differentiation. Images show a well-defined pineal body lesion with supra-tentorial hydrocephalic changes. It displays low signal intensity on axial T1WI (A) and intermediate to high SI with high SI perilesional edema on sagittal T2WI (B). It shows strong homogenous enhancement on post contrast sagittal T1WI (C). the lesion shows free diffusion as shown on both DWI (b1000 image) and axial ADC grayscale map (D,E). Hypo-perfusion of the lesion (white arrows) is demonstrated in the axial ASL grayscale and color CBF maps (F, G)
