A B-mode: it presented with heterogeneous echopattern, lost hilum and irregular borders. It measured (18.1) mm in long axis, (9.2) mm in short axis and long axis/short axis ratio (1.96). B Doppler study: central vascularity was noted. C Shear wave elastography: it presented with intra-nodal (5.67) kpa, intra-nodal velocity (1.38) m/s, perinodal rim tissue (86.4) kpa, perinodal rim tissue velocity (5.37) m/s and elasticity ratio (1.35).
