A B-mode: it presented with homogenous echopattern, faint central hilum and regular borders. It measured (22) mm in long axis, (15.3) mm in short axis and long axis/short axis ratio (1.43). B Doppler study: central vascularity was noted. C Shear wave elastography: it presented with intra-nodal (419.91) kpa, intra-nodal velocity (11.83) m/s, perinodal rim tissue (258.55) kpa, perinodal rim tissue velocity (9.28) m/s and elasticity ratio (16.3).
