PET Rb-82 MPI LV myocardial perfusion defect. There is a large area of completely reversible and reduced tracer uptake in the apical to basal anterior, apical lateral, mid to basal anterolateral and apical to basal inferior segments. There is another area of partially reversible and reduced tracer uptake in the mid to basal inferolateral segments
