34 year old non-diabetic female with stage IV CKD average RRI = 0.68 and Histopathology showed diffuse increase in mesangial matrix and mesangial cellularity. Segmental sclerosis noted in 30% of the glomeruli. Moderate hyaline arteriosclerosis noted with ~ 30–35% tubular atrophy—findings consistent with Membranous glomerulonephritis (GS 2, AT 2, TI 2)
