An unenhanced CT scan of the thorax of a 38-year-old male with positive RT-PCR test for COVID-19 pneumonia. The patient presented with dyspnea, severe cough, tiredness and loss of smell sense that persisted for at least 5 days. The scan showed bilateral severe ground-glass opacities (black stars) with reverse hallo sig in the right upper lobe consistent with CO-RADS 5 (black arrow)
