A 39-year-old male patient presented with a headache and was pathologically proven low-grade glioma at the left temporal lobe with MR images as follows: a FLAIR shows the high signal intensity of the focal lesion (arrow), b ADC map shows no true diffusion restriction of the lesion (arrow), c axial post-contrast image shows homogeneous faint post-contrast enhancement (arrow), d MRS shows low Cho/cr ratio, e- CVB map shows hypoperfusion of the lesion, f-APT map shows iso intense signal of the lesion with rAPTā€‰=ā€‰1.1
