A 56-year-old female patient presented with a headache and was pathologically proven left temporal high-grade glioma with MR images as follows: a axial post gadolinium T1 WI shows marginal enhancement of the lesion, b Axial FLAIR images show a rather well-defined hyperintense lesion with surrounding vasogenic edema, c APT image shows a high-intense signal of the lesion compared to the contralateral normal white matter with rAPTā€‰=ā€‰1.43, d MRS shows high Cho/cr ratio
