A 58-year-old female patient with a history of treated ovarian malignancy (underwent total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, received chemotherapy as well as hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy). Her annual CA 125 assessment was found to be elevated up to 4100. Contrast-enhanced CT (A) showed an average-sized right external iliac lymph node (red circle) measuring about 1.1 cm with avid FDG uptake in the PET (B) and PET/CT (C) images (SUVmax: 7)
