A and B Axial and coronal post-contrast MSCT show partial occlusion in both the right and left main pulmonary arteries (arrows), this means that the number of segmental branches arising distally is 10 for each lung, and the obstruction degree is 1, so the pulmonary obstructive index will be (20 × 1/40 × 100) = 50%
