A 79-year-old male presented with the left hilar/parahilar mass lesion which was pathologically proved to be adenocarcinoma grade 2. A MIP images of the PET/CT. B and C Coronal and axial images showing the left hilar/parahilar lesion with SUVmax 6, MTV 12 and the TLG was 72.8 g/ml. No metabolically active regional nodal or distant metastatic deposits. The patient was managed by immunotherapy and referred for follow-up after 3 months. D, E, F The post-therapy images showing complete resolution of the previously noted left hilar/parahilar lesion
