A T1-WI: an ill-defined small area of the low signal intensity at the UOQ B T2WI: a small non-circumscribed rounded mass with smooth margins is seen at the previously described area of the UOQ. It shows relatively high signal intensity. C and D Dynamic and subtraction post contrast MRI: the smooth margin of the mass and its rounded shape are now more evident. The small mass shows an abnormal rim enhancement. E TIC: the lesion shows type III TIC (washout). F DWI (at b = 1000): the mass shows high signal intensity.
