Benign fatty tissue including brown and white fat with focal lymphoid aggregates and biopsy site changes, clinically PTEN-related hamartoma tumor syndrome at 20X magnification. The tissue removed consists of mature-appearing fatty tissue with patches of brown fat and focal benign- appearing lymphoid aggregates. This is in company with areas of fibrosis, fat necrosis and histiocytes accumulation
