Axial T2-w SPAIR A shows mild circumferential uniform rectal mural thickening, axial post-contrast THRIVE image B shows corresponding rectal mural thickening and hyperenhancement, and coronal post-contrast THRIVE image C shows corresponding rectal mural thickening and hyperenhancement with a small polyp seen (arrow). Ileo-colonoscopy showed mild ulcerative proctosigmoiditis with 2 small polyps and granular mucosa of the rectum
