TB wrist joint with tenosynovitis-A 18-year-old male patient presented with pain and swelling over right wrist since 4 months. Plain radiograph wrist (A) reveals marginal erosions involving all carpal bones, base of 4th 5th metacarpal and erosion and destruction of base of 3rd metacarpal bone (oval). On MRI- PD FS coronal (B), axial (C), coronal T1 (D) and post-contrast axial (E, F) images reveal marginal erosions and bone marrow oedema involving all carpal bones (dotted oval) and base of 2nd, 3rd metacarpal (thick oval). Diffuse synovial thickening and enhancement suggestive of synovitis (arrows) also extending along tendon sheath suggestive of tenosynovitis (dotted arrow). Peripherally enhancing synovial collection at dorsum of hand (arrowhead). Findings suggestive of tubercular arthritis of wrist and hand. On follow up after 3 months of ATT, resolution of pain and swelling was noted
