TB elbow joint- A 14-year-old boy presented with pain and swelling around left elbow. Plain radiograph elbow joint (A) shows small lytic area in olecranon process of ulna (arrow). On MRI- Axial T2 and sagittal STIR images (B, C) show areas of bone marrow oedema in olecranon process of ulna (dotted arrow) with mild joint effusion. Post-contrast coronal image (D) shows thick enhancing synovium with periarticular inflammatory changes (thick arrow). Findings suggestive of infective aetiology likely tubercular. ATT was started, clinical improvement was seen on follow-up imaging after 6 months
