On MRI- Coronal T1, T2 and STIR (B, C and D) and post-contrast coronal and axial (E, F) images show altered signal intensity area with surrounding subarticular bone marrow oedema (white oval), showing peripheral enhancement (arrow) seen involving periarticular region of right sacroiliac joint (right sacral ala, lateral mass and ileum). Peripherally enhancing soft tissue abscess (dotted arrow). Findings suggestive of tubercular sacroiliitis. Patient was started on ATT.
