(TB dactylitis): A 15-year-old male patient with pain, swelling right great toe. Plain radiograph of foot (A) shows of lytic destruction of 1st proximal phalanx with cortical breach and soft tissue swelling on medial aspect (oval). On MRI-Axial T1, T2 and post-contrast images (B, C and D) show altered signal intensity area appearing hypo on T1, hyper on T2WI with heterogenous post-contrast enhancement (dotted oval) and cortical breach (arrow) at proximal phalanx with soft tissue abscess and extension into 1st MTP joint. On follow-up after 14 months of ATT, radiograph foot (E) shows healing of cortical breach and resolution of lytic changes and soft tissue abscess
