TB spine (anterior subligamentous pattern): A 25-year-old female with cough and chest pain. Radiograph thoracolumbar spine AP view (A) reveals bilateral paravertebral soft tissue abscesses (white arrowheads). On MRI- Sagittal T2 (B) and post-contrast sagittal and axial (C, D) images demonstrate large peripherally enhancing pre and paravertebral abscesses (dotted arrow) with epidural extension and spinal cord compression (white arrow). No obvious destruction of any vertebral body and disc space. ATT was started and patient shows significant clinical improvement after 3 month follow-up
