TB spine (posterior element TB)-A 11-year-old girl presented with backache and acute onset paraplegia. Plain radiograph of spine was normal. On MRI- Sagittal STIR (A), axial T2 (B) and post-contrast axial (C) images show marrow oedema involving body of D3 and posterior elements of D2 and D3 vertebrae (oval) with destruction of posterior element with heterogenous enhancement (arrow). Homogenously enhancing posterior epidural collection with narrowing of spinal canal and spinal cord compression (arrowhead). Peripherally enhancing enlarged necrotic conglomerated mediastinal lymph nodal mass (dotted arrow). Findings suggestive of tubercular spondylitis (Posterior type). After decompressive surgery, ATT was started. On follow-up after 3 months patient was able to walk with support
