TB knee joint- A 22-year-old male patient presented with complain of pain and swelling around right knee joint since 8Â months. On MRI-axial T2 (A), sagittal T2, PD FS (B, C) and post-contrast axial images (D, E) show mild effusion in knee joint and suprapatellar recess (arrows), with thick and enhancing synovial lining (dotted arrows). Few peripherally enhancing juxta-articular marginal erosions seen in distal femur (thick arrows). Another peripherally enhancing collection seen on posterolateral aspect of knee, between joint capsule and biceps femoris tendon, (asterisks).
